- What is the E-Z Rent-A-Car Partner Program?

The E-Z Rent-A-Car partner program allows you to earn commission for the rentals you refer to E-Z Rent-A-Car.
For example, a travel agent who books a vehicle for a client on the E-Z Rent-A-Car website can be eligible to
earn commission back on that rental.
- How do I Register?

First, choose the type of E-Z Rent-A-Car partner you wish to partcipate as. If you are unsure which type of
partner you may fall under, read the following descriptions below. Please note: currently, we only accept
Travel Agents in the partner program.

Travel Agents - If you have a registered IATA or CLIA number, register as a Travel Agent. You will be able to
set up a profile, book car rental reservations for your clients or utilize a customized link to our website to
refer others to book under your account.
- Next, enter the information about your account profile, including your payable to name if appicable. And that's it.
You are now registered in the E-Z Rent-A-Car Travel Agent Partner Program.
- How do I earn commission?

There are two ways to earn commission. One way is to log into your account and then click on the Create
Reservation link on the left hand side. A unique identifier is passed along during the reservation process that
ties the reservation to your account.

The second way to earn commission is to use the customized link provided in your account to direct traffic to the
E-Z Rent-A-Car website for booking purposes. Within this link is the unique identifier which will tie the
reservation to your account.

Once the reservation has been picked up and returned at the rental counter, the contract information will be
passed back to your account and you will earn commission on the base rate total for that contract.
- What is the commission rate?

Travel Agents can earn 10% on consummated rentals booked through the E-Z Rent-A-Car partner program. Please
note: only reservations made on the E-Z Rent-A-Car website and through the E-Z Rent-A-Car partner program are
eligible for commissions.
- How do I request my commission?

To request commission for a consummated rental that is currently showing in your account as type Pending, check
on the box to the far right hand side. You may check as many contracts at one time as you wish. After all the
appropriate contracts have been included, click the Request Payment button. The status of the respective
contracts will change to Requested. Our commissions department processes the requests on a monthly basis. All
of the contracts that you have requested will be paid out. Once the check has been cut and sent off to you, the
contract status will change to Paid.
