Richard, who I dealt with on the phone at the counter, was fantastic: he really worked with me and my budget to get the best deal. As a result, I will always use E-Z when I return to Florida. When I arrived at 5 am to return the car, I was amazed how quickly after opening (promptly at 5 pm) I was helped by both the manager and the gentleman who drove me back to the airport. The shuttle runs from 6 AM to 11:30 PM.
Pick up the shuttle outside of the baggage claim area in the ground transportation pickup area.

After hours drop off policy - Park in the parking lot and lock the vehicle. Walk across the street to A-1 Express and return the keys there. Take the A-1 Express shuttle to the airport. There will be a $7 charge.
Local renters receive 100 free miles per day.
Non-local renters receive unlimited mileage.
Please inform us of any delays that you encounter on your trip. During peak season, reservations will be held for one hour past your pick up time and during off-peak season reservations will be held for two hours.
